who we are



Eighty-Eight hvac / 88hvac

Eighty Eight hvac rooted in energy efficiency and specialty hvac r systems. We have been lucky to have had the opportunity to work on amazing projects and with wonderful clients for several decades. This has given us the look into what is needed with specific harsh environmental conditions.

Started as a hvac company in the 2000s, we moved into hydronics, and then into refrigeration and into stationary engineering of a facilities needs.

These projects gave the ability to see what the current solutions worked and does not work for our current projects that are for process havc systems.

We are happy to introduce that our experience can now be utilized for other facility that needs tight environment controls especially where standard hvac and hvac r equipment does not perform.





reheat options


We offer three styles of reheat options for your budget.


A. Full system with custom fan coils and components and condenser built for installation. comes with a custom control to keep your system tight.


B. Fan coil system that is ready to be installed and retrofitted to your standard 5 ton ac.

your 5 ton will need to be modified.


C. Reheat coil will be added to a 5 ton system. retrofitted valves for the condenser will need to be done and piping to and from reheat coil. copper line set modified.

We have remanufactured Copeland 1 - 5 ton compressors that will ship to your facility in 3 to 5 business days.


Auxiliary parts like Unistrut, copper, steel, pvc, and fittings. custom sheet metal and fill line of large commercial diffusers.


Need replacement coils, we have custom coils for your large hvac, chiller, and hydronic fan coils.
